The Families in Partnership (FIP) Mission is to place low-income adults into entry-level employment positions that pay above the poverty level and provide them and their dependents with benefits. The program is funded by the Ohio Department of Development/Office of Community Services under the Community Services Block Grant Program.  Training began in the fall of 1996 with learning skills, customized training, and job placement assistance. Today FIP has emerged as a comprehensive training program which integrates economic, physical, and human development initiatives such that low income families are thriving as working citizens with credible career opportunities.
